Thank you for entering the 2025 Festival of Quilts Exhibition. A great celebration of the skills and creativity of our patchwork and quilting community, and an opportunity to share and be inspired!

You should have received a separate email with the details you provided in the online entry form. Please check these details carefully and let us know if any changes are needed.

A map with precise delivery and collection locations will be provided by email, after entries have closed.

DELIVERY DETAILS

All entries, whether for judging or display, are to be delivered to:

• The Adelaide Showgrounds on TUESDAY 8 July, 2025 between 10am and 2pm. If you are unable to deliver your own quilt on that day, please ask someone else to deliver it for you.

OR for country and interstate entries:

By mail, to be received no later than FRIDAY 27 JUNE 2025. Please advise Ann when posted.

Quilts must be in a strong reusable container/bag. If you wish your quilt to be returned to you by mail, the return postage MUST be included when posting your quilt.

Deadlines for delivery will be strictly observed. Late entries will not be displayed.

INSURANCE

Each entry will automatically be insured up to the value of $10,000.00. Under the terms of SA Quilters’ Insurance Policy any value above this amount is the owner’s responsibility.

QUILT COLLECTION

All entries must be collected on:

SUNDAY 13 July 2025 between 5.30pm and 6.00pm

at the Jubilee Pavilion, Adelaide Showground, access from Rose Terrace.

If you are unable to collect your quilt, please arrange for someone else to get it
by presenting the signed form – below.A $20 non-collection fee will be applied to quilts not collected at the showgrounds.

CHECKLIST FOR EACH ENTRY

QUILT CHECKED
1a A label with your name and quilt name.
(Details in the Handbook item 23.)
2a A SINGLE hanging sleeve stitched to the quilt (do NOT pin it).
(Details in the Handbook item 22.)
3a A temporary cover to hide your name on the quilt label. This may be safety-pinned in place at the top edge with a safety pin or two at the lower edge.
4a If your name appears anywhere else, each one must be covered.
5a The quilt is folded and in its own separate labelled bag (framed and rolled quilts will not be accepted.)
