Entry Payment

There is no entry fee for Junior entrants.

A non-refundable entry fee of $15 ($20 Group members) per entry must be made at the time of completing this form.
For multiple entries the same receipt and/or reference numbers can be used for each form so one direct debit payment to cover all entries is appropriate.

1. ORIGINAL The design of the quilt is entirely your own work, not based on someone else's design. It includes a design based on a photograph you have taken or a work of art you have created yourself.
2. TRADITIONAL You have used traditional blocks which are generally regarded as being in the public domain, but you have made your own decisions in fabric selection, layout and setting.
3. DESIGNER This applies if you have followed someone else's pattern and fabric choices, including quilt kits, fabric packs and Block of the Month projects for which fabrics are included.
4. INTERPRETATION This applies if you have followed someone else's pattern but have made your own choices with respect to fabrics, and possibly made variations to the pattern. It also applies to an adaptation of someone else's work in another medium, for example a work of art, a photograph, a mosaic or leadlight panel

The following information will be printed onto your quilt card which will be pinned to your quilt. Please
  • Limit to 600 characters (automatic cut off will apply)
  • Be concise
  • Provide any necessary copyright acknowledgements
  • Provide details of your design or source - pattern, designer, workshop, online class and any modifications that you have made
  • Outline techniques and materials used
  • Proof read your statement for any errors
  • Do not use abbreviations - they do not print out correctly on the Quilt Cards
