CHECKLIST

FOR EACH ENTRY CHECKED
1 Is your name with contact details on the entry and the entry bag?
2 Have you included the ENTRY number on the entry and the entry bag? This can be pinned in place using safety pins as it is temporary.
3 Is there a temporary cover to hide your name on the quilt label? This may be tacked in place at the top edge with a safety pin or two at the lower edge.
4 Does your name appear anywhere else? If so, each place must be covered.
5 Do you have an 8cm (finished) rod pocket/sleeve sewn securely to the top of the back of the quilt. A pinned sleeve is not acceptable for three reasons.

  1. Pins present a hazard to quilt handlers
  2. The sleeve may come apart from the quilt
  3. The quilt may not hang to its best advantage
6 Is your quilt folded and in its own separate labelled bag? (Framed and rolled quilts will not be accepted.) For further information regarding quilts, refer to the Conditions of Entry in the Handbook at www.saquilters.org.au.)
